Production and shipping time.
- The production deadlines vary from 30 to 120 days depending on the part, this deadline will be informed when ordering. The production period will be counted from the confirmation of payment of the order. And the piece will be sent when the piece is fully paid, in the case of installment deposits, and finalized by the artist.

Exchanges and returns.
- The exchange of any damaged parts will occur if the customer indicates the defect through photographs or videos upon receipt of the part, within 24 hours after receipt.
- One-way freight, for the exchange of the product, will be at the customer's expense, the freight for reshipping the repaired part due to damage, will be at the store.

Payment methods accepted:

The work
I work only with bones of ruminant domestic animals such as cattle, goats, horses, sheep. All bones are acquired from reliable sources and without animal cruelty. No animals were killed to do my job, but I collect and recycle domestic animals that died naturally, accidentally and with the action of time and old age. According to Decree-Law No. 140/99 of 24 April, I do not work with wild animals.
All parts undergo a rigorous osteotechnical or taxidermal preparation and treatment process.
I restore bones through knowledge acquired in courses on osteotechnics, taxidermy, and with legalized chemical processes for the conservation and cleaning of bones.
I am inspired and based on the several renowned artists abroad, to create a unique content, and fantastic works of art using a material considered to be taboo.
